Just got to show you this:
Isn't it gorgeous. It's Collinette Jitterbug in Mardi Gras and Fruit Coulis and it came in this GK parcel with Knit 1 mag, aknitting pouch (just big enough for a sock or two) and the cute little needle tin from Blue Sky Alpaca.
And I'm making some progress on socks (I think). I got half way through the 2nd Zig Zag Cable sock in CTH before Igot side tracked.
Then I started this Celtic Cable sock. The celtic cable is at the top of the cuff but not too obvious in this picture. Hoping ot finish this sock today.
tonight we're off to Eden with some friends for skating and a meal. I'm not skating but the kids are looking forward to it. I've never been in the evening before and have heard that the biomes are spectacular all lit up.

Glad you are feeling better today. Wow, I wish I could get my groceries delivered. I hate grocery shopping but luckily my DH does most of it. Love the socks
Glad today's feeling a little brighter... Love your new stash! Isn't Jitterbug lovely. I've got 2 skeins tormenting me here (Copperbeech and the pink one that begins with A ... it's late!!). Love the celtic cable pattern and can't wait to see your progress with it
