June and July so far has been so busy I forgot to blog about my cover design for Let's Knit 107. I think this issue is only in the shops this week then the next issue is out. But you can also buy it online. There's a preview here.
This cotton lace vest is
worked in one piece, flat and in the round, which means there's very little
finishing and no sewing up to do. Perfect to wear with summer skirts or your
favourite jeans.
The True Blue Top is knitted in Sirdar Cotton 4ply and the back is longer than the front. There's an easy lace detail on the body and the top, where the shaping is, is in stocking stitch. This is easy if you're new to garments or quick if you're an experienced knitter.
