Las Ramblas

Yesterday was apparently the first day of autumn. I'm still hanging on to summer for a bit longer but it's time to start thinking about autumn knitting. Who doesn't want a new, cozy wrap to keep warm once the mornings get chillier.

Las Ramblas is easy enough for new knitters but is worked on the bias which adds interest for more experienced knitters. I combined two skeins of self-striping yarn for the centre of the wrap in this Missoni inspired wrap with a modern, minimalist look.

You can ofcourse also use two solid yarns or one self-striping yarn and one solid yarn. I knitted Las Ramblas in Zauberball 100 and I will have plenty of both Zauberball and Zauberball 100 at Yarndale in a few weeks.

Las Ramblas is 25% off until 9 September 2016. No coupon code needed. Please note that if you live in the EU, you will be charged your local VAT rate.

Look at that lovely texture! Chevron lace in stocking stitch and garter stitch on the bias creates an interesting fabric.
