Let's Knit

'Susannah' can be found in Let's Knit issue 50 which just arrived yesterday. Susannah is gorgeous, cozy sweater with a central cable panel on a 2x2 rib back ground. The sweater has some gentle waistshaping built into the rib creating as flattering silhouette.

 Susannah also has a big cowl collar and elbow length sleeves with a fold over cuff and button detail. You could not fold the cuff and have 3/4 length sleeves instead if preferred.

 The yarn is Rico Essentials Soft Merino Aran and is very soft, squishy and gorgeous to knit with and being aran it knits up very quickly too. This sweater can be worn with jeans, leggings or a mini skirt as seen below. In fact I love Let's Knit's styling of this sweater.  I think the outfit the model wears looks very nice.

the cables are easy and perfect for a first cable garment and the ribbing is quick and creates a lovely shape.
