Played around with some ideas for lace patterns last night. Don't know why I always get ideas at 11pm or later or 6 am in the morning. Anyway, played around with some ideas and ended up with this purple criss cross lace pattern which I really like as it looks different.

Thank you. It's a result of just playing around with k2tog and yo stitches. I'm hopingto buy some mohair yarn today and see how the pattern looks in that. Hope you're enjoying reading my blog.

Thank you Dawn. Not got much further with the kriss kross pattern as I'm working on several things at a time. Must get around to finishing it. I love the green bag too. I'm desperate to keep it for myself. Have already sold some patterns for it. I've got the wool to knit two more of the bag, one in yellow and one in plum. Definitely keeping one of those for myself.
