Pencarrow

How about a new pattern for the weekend? I've just published Pencarrow. I wore this shawl yesterday and it was so lovely and soft around my neck.

Pencarrow is an asymmetrical triangle worked sideways with a scalloped edging and chevron lace pattern. The shawl is finished off with a crochet chain cast/bind off (however a Russian cast/bind off can be used if preferred.

Pencarrow is 30% off until Sunday 9th November midnight GMT. No coupon code needed.

The pink version is knitted in Lotus Cashmere DK (colour 12 Peony), which is available in my shop. Despite it's name, this is actually a 4ply (fingering weight) yarn. It's incredibly soft. Pencarrow measures 167cm/65.5in and the depth (at the lace end) is 72cm/28in.

I first knitted this shawl in Tanis Fiber Arts Cosmic Blue Label Fingering Weight. This is a beautiful sparkly yarn. Because of all the garter stitch and simple lace pattern, this shawl is perfect for variegated colourways.

Pencarrow is 30% off until Sunday 9th November midnight GMT. Pattern is available on Ravelry now and will be available on Patternfish soon.

Why not cast on this weekend?
