I forgot to take photos, so the photo above and below are Rachel's and used with permission.
The group of ladies were great. I'd met several of them on my previous workshop in the summer and it was lovely to see some new ladies too. They were all very competent knitters.
We had a great day and I've enjoyed seeing 'Vaffel Votter' appearing on the Sitting Knitting Facebook page over the last week. I'll be back at Sitting Knitting in February and March to teach Toe Up Socks and Finishing Techniques. Details are on their Facebook page. Contact Sitting Knitting to book your place.
This Sunday, I'll be in South Wales. I'm teaching Selbu mittens at La Mercerie in Cowbridge. I'm looking forward to going back to La Mercerie. The shop is fabulous and in a lovely setting next to the river. There may still be spaces, contact the shop to check.
Mitten mania continues and I'll hopefully be publishing a pair of stranded fingerless mittens this week. I'm aiming for Wednesday. I've got plans for another pair too. I may get them on the needles towards the end of this week but I've got some other deadline stuff to finish first.
