These socks were actually done in February and submitted to Knitty for consideration for their June issue and I've just hear they've not been accepted. I'm a bit disappointed but will keep trying.
Thye're called 'Rainforest' and are knited in Lornas Laces. The pattern will now be for sale. £3 for an e-mail down load or £4 for a paper copy via post (incl. postage - UK & Europe only).
I'm doing really well with my fair isle socks too and I'm hoping to have the pattern ready some time over the weekend.
Have you checked out hte progress on Sockamania? It's going really well over there. Some members ahve finished their socks already. I'm well impressed.

What a beautiful sock pattern! When I have money to spend, I'm 'paying' you a visit :)
Lovely pattern!
I can't believe Knitty turned the pattern down! I love them! The pattern is beautiful! There are an awful lot of ugly sock patterns out there getting published into books and magazines. Obviously some people just don't have good taste! LOL!
It's a shame that knitty turned them down, but their loss is your gain! They're beautiful!
They are very beautiful, and the yarn complements them perfectly!
It must be disappointing Anni, but I think you should be incredibly proud of yourself for designing such a stunning pair of socks. As someone else has said, its Knitty's loss but our gain :)
Thank you everyone. All your comments are so lovely. I'llh ave to start work on a new pattern for the next Knitty submission deadline now. I'm determined I will be published in Knitty one day.
The rainforest is really pretty! Too bad they didn't accept it.
By the way- I've tagged you for a little game- hope you have time for it. Read about it on my blog.
